Not every keepsake needs a big wall. At 9×11 inches, this varmala nameplate is sized for a bedroom door or a narrow wall, and it carries the couple's names with flowers from their own garland. It is part of our varmala preservation collection, where you can compare other designs.
What makes this compact varmala nameplate different
It is deep-cast, poured thick, but with pigment added, so it is not transparent. The colour forms a soft backdrop that makes the flowers and names stand out. The small format keeps the flowers close together, which gives a rich, full look even from a modest garland. Both your garlands are part of it: we blend their petals into one keepsake of the day you were bound together.

How it is made from your varmala
Your designer calls within about 2 hours of the order and explains how to dry the flowers. Pick-up and drop is ₹300–500 depending on where you are; you can also courier the dried flowers yourself. You approve the design, and making takes about 8–10 days once your varmala petals are fully dried, at our Jaipur studio, where we have worked with preserved flowers since 2012.
Before dispatch. Made to order, so an advance confirms your order; cash on delivery isn't available. The balance, if any, is cleared before the piece leaves us. Shipping in India is free; our return and refund policy covers early changes.
Small varmala name plate: questions
Will the petals fade or darken later?
Not once they are in resin. Petals change colour slightly while they dry; after pouring, the dried colour is locked in.
We are not in Jaipur, or the flowers are already dry. How does it work?
That is fine: we can only preserve dried flowers, so fresh ones are dried first, and we walk you through drying after you confirm the order. Within Jaipur, we collect them straight after the wedding. If you are outside Jaipur or had a destination wedding, carry the flowers home, let them dry, then courier them to us. In a hurry, for example before flying abroad? Send them fresh: a bus parcel reaches us in 1–2 days from anywhere.
Can it hang outside?
It is made for indoor and covered spots, such as a bedroom door or a flat door inside the building. Sun and rain would fade the flowers.
Is it big enough for the main door?
It suits a bedroom door or a slim flat door. For a main entrance, the 15×11 inch varmala nameplate reads better from a distance.
Which languages are possible for the names?
Any language, in one of our 4–5 fonts.
Will it look like the photo?
The style will match, but your flowers and the poured pigment make each one unique. You approve the design first.
