Most Classy Artz pieces are made only for you in our studio, after you approve your design. That is why every made-to-order piece starts only after payment, and cash on delivery is offered only on canvas paintings and metal wall décor. This page explains how payment works, so there are no surprises after you order.
Two ways to order a made-to-order piece

Varmala and flower preservation orders are never on COD. They are paid in two parts: one part when you book and the balance once your keepsake is ready, before dispatch. See how varmala preservation works.
Why made-to-order pieces are paid in advance
A mantra frame with your chosen text, a clock in your colours or a keepsake with your varmala is made only for you, so it cannot be sold to anyone else or kept in stock. Your payment reserves your studio slot and lets our team give your piece full attention from the first sketch to packing. In return, you stay protected:
- You approve the design proof before anything is made.
- If you ask for a different size or changes, we tell you any difference in price before we start.
- A cancellation before work starts is refunded as explained in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Shipping is free anywhere in India.
How your order is confirmed
After you place your order, our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the details. No order is confirmed until the payment or advance is received. For COD orders on canvas and metal décor, please keep the balance ready in cash at delivery, as delivery staff may not carry change.
Changes and cancellation
You can cancel before work starts on your piece; the refund is made after deducting payment transaction charges. Work starts once you approve the design. After that, the piece is being made only for you and the payment cannot be refunded. Full details are in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I pay cash on delivery for a mantra frame or resin clock?
No. Mantra frames, resin clocks, name plates and other personalised pieces start only after payment, because each one is made only for you after you approve the design.
Can I pay cash on delivery for a canvas painting or metal wall art?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp to collect a part-payment, which confirms your order, and you pay the balance on delivery.
Is it safe to pay online on Classy Artz?
Yes. You pay through the secure checkout, our team contacts you to plan your piece, and nothing is made until you approve the design proof.
What if I don't like the design proof?
We make changes until it feels right, and we can adjust the design to suit your budget. If you decide not to go ahead before work starts, you can cancel under our refund policy.
