Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Policy
We understand that our customers value convenience and flexibility in their shopping experience. That's why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders within India. Our COD policy is designed to provide you with a secure and hassle-free shopping experience.
Minimum Order Value:
Orders must be worth at least INR 2,000 to be eligible for COD. If the order value is between INR 2,000 to INR 10,000, a 20% advance partial payment is compulsory. If the order value is between INR 20,000 to INR 30,000, a 15% advance partial payment is compulsory. For orders worth more than INR 30,000, a 10% advance partial payment is compulsory.
Upon placing your order, our team will reach out to you within a period of 2 days for confirmation. Our team will provide you with the necessary bank account details where the advance payment must be made. This advance fee serves as a guarantee for the order and is non-refundable. Upon receiving the advance payment, our team will process your order and arrange for delivery. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery and must be paid in cash.

Order Confirmation:
Once the advance partial payment has been made, we will process your order and confirm its availability. If the items in your order are in stock, we will dispatch them to your provided shipping address.
Payment Collection:
Our delivery personnel will collect the balance payment in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery personnel do not carry change.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your COD order, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the advance partial payment will be refunded to you, subject to a 5% processing fee. For more information on our cancellation and refund policy, please see our FAQs.
