Every Classy Artz piece is made or prepared for you after you order, at our studio in Jaipur. This page explains shipping charges, how long your order takes and how delivery works.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping across India on all products. The only paid service is varmala pick-up and drop (below).
- Varmala preservation: pick-up of your varmala from your home and drop of the finished keepsake cost ₹300–₹500 together, anywhere in India, depending on the size of the varmala. Outside Jaipur, you pack the dried varmala (we guide you on WhatsApp), a courier picks it up, and it reaches our studio in about 3–4 days. In Jaipur, our own team picks it up and drops the finished piece back, which is faster; it is free if you live within about 3–4 km of our studio.
How long your order takes
- Canvas paintings: printed after you order and usually dispatched within 2–3 days.
- Resin mantra frames: made after you order, usually in 3–4 days.
- Resin wall clocks: made after you order in 2–3 days; even an order of 10 clocks takes only 3–4 days.
- Acrylic wall art, mantra and photo frames, clocks and nameplates: high-definition digital print, dispatched within 3 days of your design approval.
- Resin name plates: made after you approve the design, in about 8–10 days.
- Other handmade resin pieces (trays, keepsakes): made after you order; we confirm the date on WhatsApp, depending on the design.
- Varmala preservation: usually 15–20 days after your varmala reaches our studio, and up to 25 days for a full varmala.
- Metal wall art and metal clocks: made fresh after you order, in 15–20 days. We keep no metal pieces in stock, because stored metal can pick up rust from the air over time, so yours is powder-coated fresh before dispatch.
- Bulk and custom orders: timelines depend on quantity and design, and we confirm them before you order.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 days across India, depending on your location. Smaller items often reach metro cities sooner.
Before dispatch
For resin and varmala work, we send you videos while your piece is being made. For every made-to-order piece, we share photos of the finished product before dispatch.
Courier partners and tracking
We ship with reputed courier partners such as Delhivery. For remote pin codes where other couriers do not deliver, we may use India Post Speed Post. We share tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
About handmade work
Every piece is made by hand, so small natural variations such as tiny bubbles, slight differences in colour or how flowers settle in resin are part of handmade work and are not defects. This is why we share photos or videos with you before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged
Please record an uncut unboxing video when you open the parcel. If anything is damaged, or a light or clock is not working, share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 63760 29476) or at support@classyartz.com, and we will help you.
Payments, refunds and cancellations
Because every piece is made for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once work starts. Read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and our COD and payment policy. Varmala preservation is paid in advance in parts, with the balance before dispatch, and is not available on COD.
Legal
Any dispute about payment or products is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
