There is a reason the strip nameplate in front of a manager's chair is a classic: it tells everyone who sits there before a word is said. This 12×4 inch resin version does it in black and gold, and it sets up an office desk with quiet authority.
The black and gold desk nameplate
A long, low strip of hand-poured black resin on a wooden base carries golden detailing and your name with designation. Black is linked with balance and a professional mood, and gold with prosperity, which is why the pair suits a senior desk. The glossy surface catches the light without looking flashy.
Where a resin desk name plate belongs
-
The boss's desk, facing visitors across the table.
-
Hotel and front-office counters, with the duty manager's name.
-
Doctor or lawyer consultation tables, with name and qualification.
It is a desk piece for indoor use, so nothing is drilled or fixed.
A promotion or new role gift
Teams choose it when a colleague is promoted, families give it when someone joins a new post, and companies get several made for a new floor of cabins.

How your desk name plate is made
Once the order is placed, the designer calls within about 2 hours to confirm the name, designation, any logo and the font. You approve the proof, and the nameplate is made in about 8–10 days. Our Jaipur studio has made handmade resin office pieces since 2012.
About payment and cash on delivery. Making begins after payment, either at secure checkout or, on WhatsApp, with a booking amount now and the balance before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery here: the desk name plate is designed around your names, approved by you and then made, so it cannot be resold, and your booking keeps your slot and your designer free for it. What protects you is the approved proof, our return and refund policy for any size change or cancellation before work starts, and free shipping within India.
Desk name plate for boss: questions
Can it show both name and designation?
Yes, a name on the first line and a designation on the second is the standard layout for this 12×4 strip.
Can you add a company logo?
Yes, a small logo can sit at one end of the strip. Share the file in the notes.
Which languages and fonts can I choose?
Any language works. You choose from 4–5 of our fonts.
Will it look like the photo?
It will closely match, but the black and gold are hand-poured, so the pattern varies slightly. You approve the proof first.
