After you place the order, our designer calls within about 2 hours and prepares the design digitally with your family name and house number. You approve it, and the nameplate is made and dispatched within 3 days. Our Jaipur studio has been making personalised decor since 2012.
Why we ask for payment first. Each acrylic nameplate carries your own names and layout, so it is made for one home only and cannot go back on a shelf. That is why there is no cash on delivery: payment at checkout, or a booking amount on WhatsApp with the balance before dispatch, reserves your place in the making queue and your designer's time. In return you approve the proof before any making begins, a change of size or a cancellation before work starts is handled under our return and refund policy, and delivery anywhere in India is free.
