The varmala you exchanged is the first thing you shared as a married couple. Instead of letting it wilt in a cupboard, one couple turned theirs into this nameplate: their own roses, their names and a ring, held in clear resin. We can make yours the same way. It is part of our varmala preservation collection, where you can compare other designs.
What goes into this varmala nameplate
It is deep-cast: the resin is poured thick and stays transparent, so the roses look suspended in glass rather than pressed flat. Your names sit on top, and an acrylic ring shape links them, a quiet nod to the wedding. The petals keep their natural shape and colour, though dried flowers always deepen slightly in tone. The petals come from both varmalas, his and hers, so the moment you became one stays together here.
Where to keep a varmala nameplate
Many couples hang it on their bedroom door or a flat door inside the building, where it greets them every day. It is made for indoor and covered spots, away from direct sun, which helps preserved petals keep their colour. Hooks at the back make it ready to hang.
For newlyweds and their families
It suits couples soon after the wedding, and parents or siblings who want to give the bride and groom a keepsake of the jaimala moment. It also makes a thoughtful first anniversary surprise if the flowers were saved.

Varmala nameplate: questions couples ask
Do the flowers change colour in resin?
No. The only change happens earlier, as the flowers dry and their colour shifts a little. Sealed in resin, that colour holds.
What if the flowers are already dry or we live in another city?
Dried flowers are perfect, because only dried flowers go into resin; if yours are still fresh, we explain the drying once the order is confirmed. Within Jaipur, we collect them straight after the wedding. If you are outside Jaipur or had a destination wedding, carry the flowers home, let them dry, then courier them to us. In a hurry, for example before flying abroad? Send them fresh: a bus parcel reaches us in 1–2 days from anywhere.
Can you use only the roses from our varmala?
Yes, the roses are the heart of this design. The designer picks the best blooms and you see the layout before pouring.
Which languages and fonts are possible for our names?
Names can be in any language. You choose from 4–5 of our fonts.
