Send them. We arrange home pick-up anywhere in India through our courier partner and guide your packing, or you send them yourself; about 3 to 4 days to reach us.

Approve on video. You see every step and approve the design stage by stage.

Delivery in about 15 to 20 days from the day your flowers reach the studio.
The base is thick waterproof HDMR MDF, not thick resin, so the piece does not bend over the years. Our Jaipur studio has made handmade resin pieces since 2012. Each wavy edge varmala frame is handmade, so it can vary a little from the sample, but it follows what you approve.
Payment. Two parts: a booking amount to begin and the balance before dispatch. You can also pay the full amount securely at checkout on the website. No cash on delivery, as work starts the day your flowers arrive. Flowers cannot be replaced, so there is no cancellation or refund once work begins (return and refund policy). Damage claims need an uncut unboxing video within 24 hours. Shipping in India is free; international is quoted on WhatsApp.
