A tall portrait frame for your varmala

Pink and maroon petals from your varmala fill the top and bottom of the frame, and the couple photo runs down the middle. A small heart and your names sit beside the photo. A light wooden border with finished edges keeps the look clean, and hooks are fitted at the back. We take flowers from both your varmalas, yours and your partner's, so the moment you were bound together stays in one keepsake.

What size is this tall varmala frame?

Inside the studio: your tall varmala frame

1. Dry your flowers as our team explains (fresh ones: message us after the function).
2. Pick-up and drop is ₹300–500 depending on where you are; you can also courier the dried flowers yourself.
3. Watch a video of each step and approve the design one stage at a time.
4. Receive your piece in about 15 to 20 days from the day your flowers reach the studio, and up to about 25 days for a full varmala piece.

A thick, moisture-resistant HDMR MDF base, not thick resin, keeps the piece from warping with time. Every tall varmala frame is handmade in our Jaipur studio, open since 2012, so slight differences from the sample are natural.

What couples ask about the tall varmala frame

Will the colours change?

A little, while the flowers dry: fresh petals naturally deepen or soften in tone. Once they are set in resin, the colour does not change any further.

Our flowers have dried, or we live outside Jaipur. What should we do?

That is fine: we can only preserve dried flowers, so fresh ones are dried first, and we walk you through drying after you confirm the order. In Jaipur we pick them up right after the wedding. From another city or a destination wedding, take the flowers home with you, let them dry and courier them to us. Short on time before travelling abroad? Send them fresh by bus parcel; it reaches us within 1–2 days from anywhere.

Can it hang horizontally?

It is designed as a vertical frame; tell your designer early if you prefer a landscape layout.
