- Dry your flowers as our team explains (fresh ones: message us after the function).
- Hand them to our courier partner at home, anywhere in India, or send them yourself.
- Watch a video of each step and approve the design one stage at a time.
- Receive your piece in about 15 to 20 days from the day your flowers reach the studio.
Every teakwood memory frame is handmade in our Jaipur studio, open since 2012, so slight differences from the sample are natural.
Payment. Two parts: a booking amount to begin and the balance before dispatch. You can also pay the full amount securely at checkout on the website. No cash on delivery, as work starts the day your flowers arrive. Flowers cannot be replaced, so there is no cancellation or refund once work begins (return and refund policy). Damage claims need an uncut unboxing video within 24 hours. Shipping in India is free; international is quoted on WhatsApp.
