Your kaleere hang on both sides of the frame, surrounded by gold-toned flowers and dried roses from your varmala. The photo sits in the centre on a deep maroon background, with the Shagna Da line above and below. A wooden border holds the piece, and hooks are fitted at the back. A chooda cover, names and date can also be added. Flowers from both garlands go into it together, a quiet record of the moment the two of you were joined.

Inside the studio: your kaleere preservation frame

1. Dry your flowers as our team explains (fresh ones: message us after the function).
2. Pick-up and drop is ₹300–500 depending on where you are; you can also courier the dried flowers yourself.
3. Watch a video of each step and approve the design one stage at a time.
4. Receive your piece in about 15 to 20 days from the day your flowers reach the studio, and up to about 25 days for a full varmala piece.

The base is thick waterproof HDMR MDF, not thick resin, so the piece does not bend over the years. Every kaleere preservation frame is handmade in our Jaipur studio, open since 2012, so slight differences from the sample are natural.

What couples ask about the kaleere preservation frame

Will the colours look the same as on the day?

Close, with a slight change as the flowers dry, which is natural. From the moment they are in resin, the colour does not change further.

What if the flowers are already dry or we live in another city?

Dry flowers are exactly what we need, since only dried flowers can be preserved; fresh ones are dried first, and we explain how once your order is confirmed. Within Jaipur, we collect them straight after the wedding. If you are outside Jaipur or had a destination wedding, carry the flowers home, let them dry, then courier them to us. If it is urgent, say you are travelling abroad, send them fresh by bus parcel, which reaches us in 1–2 days from anywhere.

Can you change the Punjabi line?

Yes, any short line in Punjabi, Hindi or English can be used, approved by you.

Can you include my chooda?

A chooda cover can be included; check thickness with your designer first.
