A wooden cabin in a quiet valley is many people's idea of the perfect escape. This mountain sunset canvas painting shows one sitting by a stream among pines, with soft hills and a pink evening sky beyond. Similar moods are gathered in our canvas wall paintings.
A cabin, a stream and the last pink light
Tall dark pines frame the left side, and on the right a small wooden cabin sits in golden grass. A stream runs through the foreground over stones, and layered green hills roll back towards a sky washed in pink, lilac and gold. It is UV printed on real canvas at 48 × 24 inches, in a painterly style.
A countryside painting for living room walls
Green brings growth, pink and gold warmth, and the layered hills a sense of depth.
-
Living room: above a blue or grey sofa.
-
Bedroom: a cosy, peaceful view.
-
Homestay, resort or café: cabin landscape wall art for guests.
Gifting a hill station canvas
It suits someone who dreams of a hill home, a couple who honeymooned in the mountains or a retired parent. The sense of escape it offers on a busy day is what makes it special.
Choosing the mountain cabin canvas finish
Every option uses the same 48 × 24 inch artwork; the price changes only with the edge finish.

Hanging and care. On the Frame finish, one nail under the top bar is all it takes, with no hooks needed. A Floating Frame rests on two clips on the wall instead, set at each end of the width and facing each other. Canvas cloth is not waterproof: use only a dry, soft cloth, never a wet cloth. Keep it out of direct sun, which can fade the colours over time.

Mountain cabin canvas: helpful answers
Is there a building in the picture?
Yes. A small wooden cabin sits in the valley beside the stream.
Which sofa colour suits it?
Blue, grey and green all pick up colours from the hills and sky.
What if the proof does not look right to me?
Tell your designer what feels off and you will get a revised proof; nothing is printed until you are happy.
Which finish should I choose?
Go by the look you want: the bare print (without frame), borderless on a hidden wooden frame (Frame), or a visible border with a base behind (Floating Frame), the most gallery-like.
Is it a painting or a print?
It is a print: the artwork is UV printed on real canvas, not painted by hand.
