The metal is powder-coated in our own workshop, part of Kavita Dadhich's Jaipur studio, which has been making decor since 2012. Your clock is made fresh in 15–20 days: we keep no metal pieces in stock, because stored metal can pick up rust from the air over time, so yours is powder-coated fresh before dispatch.
Booking and payment. Your slot opens once payment is made: securely at checkout, or on WhatsApp with a booking amount and the balance before dispatch. Clocks made to order are not sent cash on delivery, since each one is finished to a design you approved and cannot go to anyone else; the booking also secures your designer's time. You stay protected by proof approval first, by our return and refund policy for a size change or cancellation before work starts, and by free shipping in India.
