What happens after you book the hanging hearts LED frame
Once you book, a designer contacts you, usually within about 2 hours, to plan the layout with you.
The journey starts with dry flowers, and we guide you through it. Pick-up and drop costs ₹300–500 depending on your location, or you can courier the dried flowers to us yourself. Every step is filmed for your approval, and your hanging hearts LED frame reaches you in about 15 to 20 days after your flowers reach us. Kavita Dadhich's team has done this work since 2012; being handmade, the finished piece can differ slightly from the sample.

Before you book the hanging hearts LED frame
Will the petals fade or darken later?
Not once they are in resin. Petals change colour slightly while they dry; after pouring, the dried colour is locked in.
Our flowers have dried, or we live outside Jaipur. What should we do?
That is fine: we can only preserve dried flowers, so fresh ones are dried first, and we walk you through drying after you confirm the order. Within Jaipur, we collect them straight after the wedding. If you are outside Jaipur or had a destination wedding, carry the flowers home, let them dry, then courier them to us. In a hurry, for example before flying abroad? Send them fresh: a bus parcel reaches us in 1–2 days from anywhere.
Do the hearts move?
They hang on pearl strings inside the frame, so they sit freely but stay protected within it.
How is the light powered?
The LED border comes with an adapter that plugs into a wall socket.
Can I see it while it is being made?
Yes. You get a video of every step and approve the design stage by stage.
