Making your golden varmala frame, step by step

• Drying: flowers must be dry before sending; we explain how.
• Pick-up: Pick-up and drop costs ₹300–500 depending on your location, or you can courier the dried flowers to us yourself.
• Approvals: a video of every step, each stage approved by you.
• Delivery: about 15 to 20 days from the day your flowers reach the studio, and up to about 25 days for a full varmala piece.

A thick, moisture-resistant HDMR MDF base, not thick resin, keeps the piece from warping with time. Kavita Dadhich's studio has worked by hand since 2012, so your golden varmala frame may vary slightly from the sample design.

Will the colours change?

A little, while the flowers dry: fresh petals naturally deepen or soften in tone. Once they are set in resin, the colour does not change any further.

We are not in Jaipur, or the flowers are already dry. How does it work?

That is fine: we can only preserve dried flowers, so fresh ones are dried first, and we walk you through drying after you confirm the order. Within Jaipur, we collect them straight after the wedding. If you are outside Jaipur or had a destination wedding, carry the flowers home, let them dry, then courier them to us. In a hurry, for example before flying abroad? Send them fresh: a bus parcel reaches us in 1–2 days from anywhere.

Can names be in Hindi?

Yes, Hindi or English, and Gujarati after a spelling check.

Can we add our wedding hashtag?

Yes, a hashtag can sit with your names; you approve the layout first.
