Inside our studio: the crystal clear photo block
A designer reaches you, usually within about 2 hours, and stays with your piece until it ships.
We start by helping you dry the flowers. For ₹300–500 pick-up and drop, depending on location, we collect the flowers; or courier them to us once dry. You see a video of every step and approve the design stage by stage. Expect delivery in about 15 to 20 days after your flowers reach us. Our studio has made resin keepsakes since 2012, and a handmade crystal clear photo block can vary a little from the sample while following your approvals.
Before dispatch. Made to order, so an advance confirms your order; cash on delivery isn't available. The balance, if any, is cleared before the piece leaves us. Shipping in India is free; our return and refund policy covers early changes.

Will the colours look the same as on the day?
Close, with a slight change as the flowers dry, which is natural. From the moment they are in resin, the colour does not change further.
My flowers are already dry, or we are not in Jaipur. What now?
Dried flowers are perfect, because only dried flowers go into resin; if yours are still fresh, we explain the drying once the order is confirmed. Within Jaipur, we collect them straight after the wedding. If you are outside Jaipur or had a destination wedding, carry the flowers home, let them dry, then courier them to us. In a hurry, for example before flying abroad? Send them fresh: a bus parcel reaches us in 1–2 days from anywhere.
